If you are insured, then you will need an approval number from your insurance company. From a consultant point of view, it is very useful to have a referral letter from your GP or your primary care physician, because this does give us a little bit of background about you and other conditions that may have affected you in the past. But broadly, phone our secretary’s number, and we’ll get you in to see us as soon as possible.
