We are delighted to receive referrals from GPs, physiotherapists and other medical professionals and we will look after your patients with the very best care and expertise. It is also possible as a patient to refer yourself. Please see below for more information about making a referral.
Make a referral
Complete all the fields of the referral form and it will be sent to our team who will aim to get in touch within 24 hours.
PATIENT SELF-REFERRALS
- If you are paying for your own treatment, then you do not require a GP referral.
- If you are insured, your insurer will often require a referral letter from your GP. It is important that the referral letter is named to one of our specialists.
- If you are unsure how to proceed, please telephone our office on 0203 926 5615 with details of your insurer and your policy number and we can help you to access one of our specialists.
general practitioners
- We work very closely with General Practitioners to ensure the seamless delivery of care to your patients.
- Please kindly use our Referral Form to provide us with the necessary information.
- We will then contact the patient and arrange an appointment at an appropriate time.
- We will liaise closely with Insurers to minimise the disruption to your day.
- Please include your personal contact details on the referral if you would like our specialist to contact you via telephone following the consultation.
- You will receive a detailed letter documenting the treatment plan following the consultation.
- We offer appointments throughout the week. However, if you would like your patient to be seen on the same day, please call our office and we will arrange an urgent appointment.
