What exercises can I do at home for heel pain?

The exercises that I would suggest to address the heel pain that you are experiencing would depend on exactly what I feel the underlying cause of that heel pain is. Almost all of the problems related to the heel can be treated initially with some calf stretching. A simple stretch is leaning up against the wall, feeling a stretch of the back of the calf, and holding for about 30 seconds on and off for a few minutes.
